Captain on preflight walk around found a wrench lodged between the rotors and stators in engine number one. He alerted me [first officer] and maintenance the wrench was pinned between two door panels. Maintenance opened the engine doors and removed wrench.

Title: Two pilots and a Mechanic report a 10-inch Ford wrench was found wedged inside the #1 engine; aft of the fan section on an A320 aircraft.
