Narrative:
While flying two legs in this aircraft we experienced possible wake turbulence and regular turbulence on approach fully configured in the roll axis. The next morning I started thinking about the event and called a flight instructor and he explained a maintenance issue that is common that can resemble what we originally discounted as turbulence.

Title: A CRJ200 developed a rapid 2-3 degree roll at the flaps 45 landing configuration on approach speed. Trailing edge flap contaminants or deformities can cause the roll. Increasing approach speed stops the behavior.
Narrative: While flying two legs in this aircraft we experienced possible wake turbulence and regular turbulence on approach fully configured in the roll axis.
