Narrative:
During arrival brakes bscu 2 fault occurred; followed ECAM procedures. Declared emergency due to possible single brake system failure. Brakes operated normally; but no nose wheel steering after stopping; so we were towed to the gate.

Title: An A320's ECAM alerted BSCU during the arrival descent. An emergency was declared and after landing the brakes operated normally but the steering was inoperative so the aircraft was towed to the gate.
Narrative: During arrival Brakes BSCU 2 fault occurred; followed ECAM procedures. Declared emergency due to possible single brake system failure. Brakes operated normally; but no nose wheel steering after stopping; so we were towed to the gate.
