Narrative:
On landing at lbb more than normal brake pressure-reverse thrust were required to slow the aircraft to taxi speed on the remaining runway. During the walk around at lbb crew noticed one tire very low (#4 main). 15 mins later (#1 main) was also losing air. During approach aircraft was configured with gear and no flaps prior to the O/M. From the marker in aircraft was fast resulting in aircraft being configured with 30 degree flaps later than normal. A long landing resulted. T/D normal. Winds were reported by ATIS and approach as a 7 knot crosswind. After landing we observed the wind sock indicating a 'stiff' tailwind. This I believe caused the airspeed to remain higher than we thought it should be, even though efforts to slow down included speed brakes. The long landing resulted. Supplemental information from acn 93241. The wind was 150 degree at 7 KTS.

Title: TWO TIRES WENT FLAT AFTER ARRIVING AT RAMP.
Narrative: ON LNDG AT LBB MORE THAN NORMAL BRAKE PRESSURE-REVERSE THRUST WERE REQUIRED TO SLOW THE ACFT TO TAXI SPD ON THE REMAINING RWY. DURING THE WALK AROUND AT LBB CREW NOTICED ONE TIRE VERY LOW (#4 MAIN). 15 MINS LATER (#1 MAIN) WAS ALSO LOSING AIR. DURING APCH ACFT WAS CONFIGURED WITH GEAR AND NO FLAPS PRIOR TO THE O/M. FROM THE MARKER IN ACFT WAS FAST RESULTING IN ACFT BEING CONFIGURED WITH 30 DEG FLAPS LATER THAN NORMAL. A LONG LNDG RESULTED. T/D NORMAL. WINDS WERE RPTED BY ATIS AND APCH AS A 7 KNOT XWIND. AFTER LNDG WE OBSERVED THE WIND SOCK INDICATING A 'STIFF' TAILWIND. THIS I BELIEVE CAUSED THE AIRSPD TO REMAIN HIGHER THAN WE THOUGHT IT SHOULD BE, EVEN THOUGH EFFORTS TO SLOW DOWN INCLUDED SPEED BRAKES. THE LONG LNDG RESULTED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 93241. THE WIND WAS 150 DEG AT 7 KTS.
