Narrative:
This report involves the ADF approach to runway 29 at this airport. Pilots and tower personnel report the navigation aid is very sloppy and aircraft breakout at or near minimums with no chance of completing the approach safely. It seems the FAA flight checks the aid ok, but the indications are not adequate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
