I was notified that an aileron cable was found misrouted; I witnessed the assembly and system test of the component and did not notice a misrouted cable. This was accomplished on jobcard #xx-xx-xx. Safety and security inspection was accomplished and all checkouts listed in the document; with no issue's noted.

Title: Two repair station inspectors report about a mis-routed aileron cable at an aileron bus drum in the left wheel well of a customer airline's B737-800 aircraft.
Narrative: I was notified that an aileron cable was found misrouted; I witnessed the assembly and system test of the component and did not notice a misrouted cable. This was accomplished on Jobcard #XX-XX-XX. Safety and security inspection was accomplished and all checkouts listed in the document; with no issue's noted.
