Narrative:

Upon reaching FL390 the hydraulic ovht light illuminated on the msw. A few minutes later; the hydraulic 2 lo press light illuminated followed by the hydraulic 1 lo press light. A 180 degree turn was coordinated with center and a request for direct to nearest suitable airport was initiated; followed by an emergency declaration. After completing the manufacturer's checklist for dual hydraulic lo press; it was decided that the aircraft could continue flying to an airport where suitable runway; emergency vehicles; and maintenance facilities were located. Use of the auxilary hydraulic system was required and the gear and flaps were 'pumped' down. The aircraft landed without incident using normal braking and then came to a stop on the runway. Upon inspection; hydraulic fluid was dripping from under the #1 engine.
