Narrative:
There is; and has been a serious frequency 'bleed over' at the atl airport. This is most noticeable in the vicinity of taxiway T and its intersection with both runways 9L and 9R. There is a problem with the ATIS frequency momentarily interfering with the atl control tower; at times; making it hard to hear the tower instructions. This is an obvious breech of safety and a potential runway incursion hazard. This has been an ongoing problem over the last couple of years.
