Narrative:
During training; I noticed a CRJ2 enter sector 44 airspace without a point out or hand off. I was distracted while writing previous training issues down to remember them for daily training review. My attention was brought back when I heard the trainee say; 'oh no...' the trainee immediately called the appropriate sector and made the point out when aircraft had violated their airspace by approximately 2 miles and 5;000 ft. I should have been paying more attention. As the trainee was having a hard time of it for the previous 45 minutes; I wanted to get down on paper as much as I could as soon as I could for review with the trainee later. However; I let myself get distracted while writing down my notes.
