Narrative:

This isn't one particular event; but rather an ongoing trend that we need to address. Out of iwa there are dozens of training flights and aerobatic planes. We need a safe corridor to fly our planes in and out of that airport. I've had one day where three different controllers put us in a collision course with another aircraft in one flight. We fly departures regularly where the tower advises us a piston is on a 3 or 4 mile final/practice instrument approach to runway 30C and we are cleared for takeoff runway 12R. We regularly fly directly at aerobatic planes with 500-1;000 ft of vertical separation. I honestly can't count the number of times I've been vectored directly at another plane within 40 or 50 miles of iwa and I simply took my own initiative to turn. The final straw that made me write this report was a flight yesterday where we followed company in on a visual to 30R. Company warned us that ATC vectored them directly at an aerobatic plane and we should watch out. ATC then turned us directly at that same aircraft with 500 ft of separation. We asked for a turn and were told 'you'll be fine.' ATC in phoenix doesn't take our company seriously and someone may have a mid-air collision soon if this isn't addressed. Suggest getting an extension of class B airspace or at least a protected area for us to fly our passengers where other aircraft aren't doing acrobatics.
