Title: A Line Mechanic reports finding two out of three fire extinguishing distribution nozzles taped over in the forward cargo pit left-hand sidewall to pit ceiling panels on a B767-300 aircraft. That was the fifth aircraft in less than six months that he has found with the same cargo pit condition.
