Narrative:
Filed IFR. Checked weather with a commercial flight plan service. Diverted to a nearby airport because of weather and ice. Put gear handle down; no three green. Cycled two times with no effect. Decided not to troubleshoot in bad weather and unfamiliar area. Landed with gear partially deployed and circuit breaker blown. Still think best decision.
Original NASA ASRS Text
