Narrative:
I was flying a normal takeoff; LNAV engaged at 400 ft; center autopilot at 500 ft; VNAV selected at 1;900 ft with climb speeds programmed on the CDU climb page and speed intervention at 210 KTS for a SID turn with flaps left at 5 degrees for duration of turn. The turn was completed at approximately FL090 where we began cleanup and acceleration as wings were leveled. At approximately 230 KTS I called for flaps up as we entered an area of light turbulence when both the captain and my pli's [pitch limit indicators] appeared and the stick shaker activated. I disconnected autopilot and auto throttles; pitched down to 3-5 degrees below the pli and increased power at which time the stick shaker stopped. The pli and stick shaker reactivated briefly at least two more times with the pitch well below pli and maximum power. Captain returned flap handle to 1 as airspeed varied slightly. Aircraft accelerated rapidly to 250 KTS resulting in suspected flap overspeed. Flaps were retracted; normal climb resumed. No further discrepancies noted.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: On initial climb a B767-300ER Flight Crew received repeated transitory and apparently erroneous stick shakers and the display of Pitch Limiter indicators on both primary flight displays. The warnings were in contradiction to the aircraft configuration and all three cockpit airspeed indications.
