Narrative:
Preflight check of slc NOTAMS indicated that runway 16R was closed as well as numerous txwys around runway 16R. On arrival at slc with executed a visual approach to runway 16L. Crew brief of the approach indicated we planned our rollout to make a turnoff at taxiway A1. Shortly after T/D, tower cleared us to exit at taxiway A2. I quickly checked my airfield diagram and could not locate it. Visually acquired the A2 taxiway too late (and too fast) to make a safe turnoff. Tower got really miffed that we didn't make the high speed. Neither the field NOTAMS, ATIS or airfield diagram indicated the existence of taxiway A2. If they expect us to make that high speed turnoff, they should inform us sometime before T/D. They should also NOTAM into existence taxiway A2.
