Narrative:

During cruise flight at FL330 with autopilot #1 engaged; the autopilot suddenly disconnected and the nose pitched upward. Altitude deviation of about 210 ft was arrested and descent back to FL330 was initiated. Both FMC's stated 'please standby' in the scratch pad. ATC inquired about altitude deviation; we responded that we had an autopilot anomaly and that everything had returned to normal. Wind at the time 276/63; with light intermittent turbulence. Tat -13c; sat -41c.

Title: A300 Captain experiences a dual FMC malfunction at FL330 that causes the autopilot to disengage and the aircraft to pitch up. The aircraft is returned to assigned altitude and both FMC's resume normal operation.
