Narrative:
I was working local south and had a cessna on final who made the statement; 'tower; a v-tailed bonanza just flew over the top of me on final.' I asked the north tower if he had a bonanza on final he replied yes and he just made a 270 on final. Recommendation: retrain the north tower controller. This is one of many times he has done something like this.

Title: Tower Controller described a conflict event between traffic on final and traffic on a parallel runway being handled by another Controller; indicating the other Tower Controller erred in his/her actions.
Narrative: I was working Local South and had a Cessna on final who made the statement; 'Tower; a V-tailed Bonanza just flew over the top of me on final.' I asked the North Tower if he had a Bonanza on final he replied yes and he just made a 270 on final. Recommendation: retrain the North Tower Controller.
