Narrative:
Passing 20;000 ft in climb; lower display unit appeared; displaying low oil pressure and low oil quantity in number 2 engine. The captain took over aircraft control; the first officer performed the engine low oil pressure non normal checklist; followed by the engine failure/shutdown non normal checklist; shutting down number 2 engine. The crew diverted. An overweight landing occurred.

Title: B737 experienced loss of oil quantity and oil pressure passing FL200 during climb. The affected engine was shut down and the flight diverted to the nearest suitable airport.
Narrative: Passing 20;000 FT in climb; lower display unit appeared; displaying low oil pressure and low oil quantity in number 2 engine.
