Narrative:

On the arrival (hyper 2) we were told by ATC that iad was going from a north to a south landing operation and to expect 19C. Before we arrived at mulrr intersection I decided to make the in-range call to ops and the landing announcement. While on radio #2 ATC cleared us directed to hoosr on the 19C localizer. The pilot flying read back husel which is a fix still on the hyper 2 arrival. After talking to ops; the pilot flying told me of the change of fix and I agreed (I listen to 1 when I am off on 2 and I had heard husel as well) after a few minutes ATC asked us if we were flying to hoosr. We stated that we were going to husel on the arrival. ATC gave us a new clearance direct to hoosr. Even though I thought I heard husel while off on 2; I should have verified it when I came back with ATC.
