Narrative:
We were cleared to turn to 090 then 180 after takeoff from runway 32L; and then told to proceed direct to gerbs. Halfway through that turn re-cleared to turn back to 180. Then [we were] handed to center who told us to proceed direct to gve. Gve was not on our flight plan. We told them that and after some confusion read them our entire route. Our route as filed did not match what center had at all. They kept us on the 180 heading and later cleared us direct to jst. No problems nor conflicts but center had us on a different route entirely. Our pre departure clearance matched the clearance and our filed route. For some reason center had us on a different route but we never got any word of it. Later coordination with dispatch confirmed our filed route and pre departure clearance clearance but they did indicate that the center route was what flights had been flying earlier in the day. Dispatch felt that center may have assumed that we were also flying the previous route.

Title: A breakdown in communication between ATC and the airline resulted in a momentary track deviation by an A319 flight crew while ATC re-instituted the flight's cleared route in their system.
Narrative: We were cleared to turn to 090 then 180 after takeoff from Runway 32L; and then told to proceed direct to GERBS. Our PDC matched the clearance and our filed route. For some reason Center had us on a different route but we never got any word of it. Later coordination with Dispatch confirmed our filed route and PDC clearance but they did indicate that the Center route was what flights had been flying earlier in the day. Dispatch felt that Center may have assumed that we were also flying the previous route.
