Narrative:
I was landing on runway 30 with winds at 280 at 17; gusts 25. I executed a crosswind landing approach; left wing slightly down; 80 knots airspeed. I touched down on the left gear and then all three wheels touched down. A gust of wind raised the tail of the aircraft and yawed it to the left into the wind. I was then skidding to the left on the left gear and nose gear; right wing up and the plane's tail was rising. I put in right rudder and aileron; pulled pack on the yoke and added power. I was unable to correct the condition before the prop struck the ground. Following that I did straighten out the airplane and I taxied down the runway and exited.
