Narrative:

After landing; we proceeded to clear the runway. Tower notified us that our gear was smoking. We immediately called for the crash fire rescue equipment equipment and came to a stop. I notified the flight attendant to be ready for a ground evacuation just in case and asked the first officer to look for an appropriate checklist. At this time we noticed a significant amount of smoke passing the cockpit windows. I asked tower again about the smoke and they notified us that there was a lot of it along with flames from the right-hand main landing gear. I notified tower that we were going to evacuate and called the flight attendant to start the evacuation out the main door since it was the farthest from the fire. I told the first officer to grab the fire extinguisher and get outside to assist with the deplaning and to gather the people away from the aircraft. As he did this; I accomplished the ground evacuation checklist located on the side clipboard. After all the passengers and flight attendant were off; I walked through the cabin checking each seat and the lavatory to make sure it was indeed clear before exiting the aircraft. The first officer had gathered the passengers a safe distance away so I joined them and made sure no one was injured. There were no serious injuries to report.
