Narrative:

A B777-200 aircraft had a hydraulic leak dripping from the #11 spoiler. The leak originated at the return line union on the power control unit's (PCU) [actuator] swivel block. Illustrated parts catalog (ipc) chapter 27-61-09-11 shows the breakdown of the #4 and #11 PCU. The return and pressure line are both attached to the swivel block with the return line (the larger of the two) on the flap-side while the pressure line is on the spar-side. The ipc; though; shows the return and pressure lines in the reversed positions.furthermore; the packing [O-ring] required to repair the return line union leak was item #350 in the ipc. Its manufacture part number is NAS1612-8 (national aerospace standards) and company part number is XXXX. These numbers are superseded in the [maintenance computer system]; but not in the ipc. The packing for the pressure union is also superseded in [the computer system]; but not the ipc.
