Narrative:
Enroute engine number 1 (one) displayed low engine oil quantity. We contacted company dispatcher and maintenance control and then made a precautionary landing at an enroute station; under declared emergency. The landing and taxing to the ramp was uneventful. The event occurred due to the abnormal low oil quantity reading.
