Narrative:
My flm ask[ed] if hilltop MOA-a could be released; I said yes. I confirmed again; hilltop-a only. The answer was yes and showed it active. Later a crj called climbing to 13;000. I climbed the crj to FL230. I then noticed the crj was indicating that his route took them through an active MOA hilltop-B on the uret. I then called the sector controlling the MOA. I was told both hilltop-a and B were active. My flm then confirmed that both were active. Recommendation; I believe the MOA controller should call the other controller/s on a recorded line to ask for the airspace.
