Narrative:
Captain and I checked MEL for placarded right thrust reverser. On walk around verified lock out pins were installed. We also verified weather and runway conditions were in compliance with MEL restrictions. In cruise we noticed that the thrust reverser was not properly lock wired as per MEL maintenance procedure. We notified maintenance upon arrival and made a log entry.
