I have received a [company] letter informing me that two horizontal stabilizer pulleys; one for sta and one for stb cables; were left off [(not installed)] at sta 328 on aircraft.on shift turnover from day shift; horizontal stabilizer trim cable sta already installed by day shift mechanic and all access ceiling panels 'ok' to close before my shift.on my shift; we were to finish checking cable tension and to complete cable adjustment test according to jobcard XXXX and maintenance manual. Because my shift was the last shift to complete jobcard XXXX; I; [as inspector]; have to sign-off the remove and replace (right/right) jobcard for the horizontal stabilizer sta cable and I was not aware of any pulleys being removed and not being reinstalled.

Forward pulleys for the stab trim cables in main electrical equipment (E/E) compartment were not reinstalled; causing aircraft damage.
