After departure and gear retraction got a landing gear lever disagree; right hand main showed red crosshairs. We flew the airplane first and cleaned up; then ran the emergency checklist. Checklist called for below 200 KTS; we were at 210; and slowed to below 200 KTS. No limitations were broken.
