An ege departure filed the cottonwood two departure; (special). The pilot flew the engine out procedure into ase airspace and got within close proximity of another aircraft landing ril. Recommendation; cancel this procedure until the graphic display depicts better the normal procedure compared to the engine out procedure.

Title: ZDV Controller described a likely loss of separation event when an IFR departure from EGE filed the Cottonwood Two (Special) SID and flew the 'Engine Out procedure;' resulting in a conflict with RIL traffic.
Narrative: An EGE departure filed the Cottonwood Two Departure; (special). The pilot flew the Engine Out procedure into ASE airspace and got within close proximity of another aircraft landing RIL. Recommendation; cancel this procedure until the graphic display depicts better the normal procedure compared to the Engine out procedure.
