Narrative:
While working the west radar I observed a TEX2 in my area; (surface-10000); level at 6000. I asked the south MOA sector to confirm his mode C was correct; and if so; why was he below the MOA. It was confirmed his mode C was correct and after facility management contacted the crew; we learned they had lost control of the aircraft and were moments from ejecting! Recommendation; crew should have reported some kind of difficulty and/or declared emergency!
