Narrative:

Airline flight #XXXX time xa 10 to XB25 departure control from dfw directed above flight out of TCA at 2000-000 MSL. This is a part 121 air carrier operation and creating undue hazards to passengers and crew. In discussing this problem with ATC (dfw) their attitude is that there are jets and then the other aircraft. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: reporter sent seven reports from seven different flts, all saying the same thing about the procedure used by dfw for their flts out of the dfw area. Even though they are filed IFR, and would like handling in the TCA on IFR routes to various locations, they are always taken at 2000 until they leave the TCA surface area and then kept at an altitude low enough to keep them out of the TCA. Reporter has taken his concerns to facility management with no success. He stated that his company aircraft had been involved in at least 7 nmacs in the past year because of this procedure. Analyst suggested to reporter that a large number of repetitive reports, all saying the same thing, will do his cause very little good. It was suggested that he should try to get his company management involved with FAA management.

Title: HIGH PERFORMANCE COMMUTER ACFT ARE KEPT AT 2000 FEET UNTIL EXITING THE TCA SURFACE AREA AND THEN CLEARED AT ALTS THAT KEEP THEM OUT OF THE TCA.

Narrative: AIRLINE FLIGHT #XXXX TIME XA 10 TO XB25 DEPARTURE CONTROL FROM DFW DIRECTED ABOVE FLIGHT OUT OF TCA AT 2000-000 MSL. THIS IS A PART 121 AIR CARRIER OPERATION AND CREATING UNDUE HAZARDS TO PASSENGERS AND CREW. IN DISCUSSING THIS PROBLEM WITH ATC (DFW) THEIR ATTITUDE IS THAT THERE ARE JETS AND THEN THE OTHER ACFT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH REPORTER REVEALED THE FOLLOWING: RPTR SENT SEVEN REPORTS FROM SEVEN DIFFERENT FLTS, ALL SAYING THE SAME THING ABOUT THE PROC USED BY DFW FOR THEIR FLTS OUT OF THE DFW AREA. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FILED IFR, AND WOULD LIKE HANDLING IN THE TCA ON IFR ROUTES TO VARIOUS LOCATIONS, THEY ARE ALWAYS TAKEN AT 2000 UNTIL THEY LEAVE THE TCA SURFACE AREA AND THEN KEPT AT AN ALT LOW ENOUGH TO KEEP THEM OUT OF THE TCA. RPTR HAS TAKEN HIS CONCERNS TO FAC MGMNT WITH NO SUCCESS. HE STATED THAT HIS COMPANY ACFT HAD BEEN INVOLVED IN AT LEAST 7 NMACS IN THE PAST YEAR BECAUSE OF THIS PROCEDURE. ANALYST SUGGESTED TO RPTR THAT A LARGE NUMBER OF REPETITIVE REPORTS, ALL SAYING THE SAME THING, WILL DO HIS CAUSE VERY LITTLE GOOD. IT WAS SUGGESTED THAT HE SHOULD TRY TO GET HIS COMPANY MGMNT INVOLVED WITH FAA MGMNT.
