Narrative:

During the maier 4 arrival; we deviated around a thunderstorm. Re-cleared the maier 4 after direct brusr. First officer (pilot flying) noticed several altitude restrictions dropped off the flightplan. We both missed putting 9;000 ft MSL back in at eddna. ATC queried us as we stopped the descent at 8;500 ft MSL and climbed back to 9;000 ft prior to eddna. Confusion over why some altitudes dropped out and did not recognize one was still missing. Less time spent on the why and more on what is missing.
