Narrative:

I was assigned to a B757-200 aircraft. I had an inbound write-up for the aft right-hand door. I went out to investigate the door. I found the cam roller on the upper right-hand corner of the door would not clear the cam latch. I adjusted the serrated plate on the door frame to gain clearance for the cam roller to clear the cam latch. I cycled the door several times with no problems. When I returned to the office; I looked up procedures manual (pm) to verify the rii on the serrated plate on the door frame. I did not see an rii reference for the serrated plate on the door frame. I signed-off the item for the door issue.
