Narrative:
When activating the gamecock a MOA; which we control; I apparently did not call fayetteville approach's east side to activate the MOA. Unaware that fay approach had not been called; I cleared two fighters into the MOA airspace owned by ilm; myr; and fay approach controls. I called all but fay resulting in a known airspace violation. We should have a visible check list of approaches to call so this doesn't happen again.

Title: ZDC Controller described an airspace incursion when coordination with FAY was not completed prior to utilization of the Gamecock A MOA.
Narrative: When activating the Gamecock A MOA; which we control; I apparently did not call Fayetteville Approach's East Side to activate the MOA. Unaware that FAY Approach had not been called; I cleared two fighters into the MOA airspace owned by ILM; MYR; and FAY Approach Controls. I called all but FAY resulting in a known airspace violation.
