Narrative:
Upon touchdown; we heard a loud pop followed by a veering to the right and a large vibration. We stopped the aircraft on the runway without braking and advised ATC we were unable to clear the runway. [We] ran the 'landing with a flat tire'; the 'after landing;' and 'shutdown' checklists and advised the passengers [of the situation]. Upon the arrival of airport vehicles we ran the evacuation checklist and the passengers deplaned. The tire was changed by company maintenance on the runway and we taxied the aircraft to the gate without further incident.
