Narrative:
I experienced engine failure and had to do a forced landing downwind on runway xx. Another plane was taking off at the time; but we avoided each other by a reasonable margin. I overran the end of the runway by about 20 to 30 ft. There was no damage to my aircraft other than tires and I damaged one runway light. The airport was closed for about an hour until my plane could be moved to the ramp. There were no injuries. The cause of the engine failure was oil starvation caused by a turbo failure; which in turn caused the engine to overspeed. I was in contact with ATC at all times and had declared an emergency.

Title: A PA34-350 engine turbo failed causing an engine overspeed; and oil pressure drop; forcing the pilot to divert to a nearby airport for an emergency landing.
