Narrative:
On taxi out we were cleared for an immediate takeoff runway 4R on the Hylnd2 departure/manchester transition. LNAV was selected once airborne. We continued straight ahead until rolled left of track by the preceding 757 vortices. The magenta line did not lead in the direction we expected as it was to our left/west side and we initially turned left toward it. We needed to turn right/east to get back on track to hurbe and on the SID. We started to turn back to the right just as the departure controller gave us a heading to the right and then immediately cleared us to hylnd and flight plan route. We suspect the mht transition either dropped off or it was not loaded after the runway change from 9 to 4R. No traffic conflicts or TCAS alerts occurred and the rest of the flight was uneventful.
