Narrative:
All crew members were standing in the aisle at their assigned demo positions while the safety video demonstration was being played. Immediately after the end of the safety video the cockpit gave us the 'prepare for takeoff' announcement. I was #5 and when I walked forward to my assigned jumpseat a passenger in business class seat stopped me and asked me if we were aware that the monitors in business class were not on. I asked if they were out for the entire video and she said yes. I informed the purser however we were beginning our takeoff roll and quickly took our jumpseats. Flight attendants were unaware that a couple monitors were not on during the safety video as we were all in our demo positions facing aft and not one passenger informed us of the situation until after the safety video. Therefore several passengers were unable to view the required safety video.
