Narrative:
[We] embarked with normal takeoff indications; normal callouts until pilot not flying called '70 crosscheck'; pilot flying was indicating a positive airspeed around 40-50 KIAS. By the time [we] realized one indication was inaccurate the aircraft was at rotation speed and the decision was made [to] takeoff and immediate return to land. Decision for takeoff was predicated with runway in use short length of 5;500 ft. After takeoff pilot not flying (first officer) had normal indications and announced 'my controls'. Normal return to land was made from the co-pilot side where the pilot not flying safely returned the aircraft via left closed traffic. Indications in the air were: autopilot fail; Y/D fail; engine no dispatch and IAS mis-compare. Upon landing; indications were extinguished. Upon initial inspection maintenance discovered FOD (bug) noted in left static line. Maintenance cleared static lines and faults were corrected.
