Uncontrollable cabin pressure loss at FL290 at the start of the descent into jfk international airport. Completed cabin pressure loss and rapid descent checklists. Passenger masks were deployed at 14000' cabin altitude. Cabin altitude meet aircraft altitude at 14500'. Landed at jfk unpressurized.
