Narrative:

I was working lga final vector. We were doing the 'expressway runway 31 approach.' I had multiple planes on my frequency. I had a gap in my final that I was vectoring a dash 8 into. I told him to fly heading 120 and right after he read back the 120 heading he got a stuck mic. He flew into jfk departure's airspace. As this was happening; I had other aircraft that I was trying to work; but it was difficult to communicate with them over the stuck mic. One jet didn't respond to me because he couldn't hear me and he flew into ewr departure's airspace. Another [aircraft] slightly entered jfk departure's airspace. Eventually; the NORDO aircraft went towards the final approach fix and squawked the no radio code 7600. He then came back on my frequency and I cleared him for a visual approach to follow another aircraft. I don't know how to stop a pilot from getting a stuck mic; maybe better equipment in the cockpit.

Title: N90 Controller described multiple airspace incursion events when an aircraft being vectored for an approach experienced a 'stuck mic' and flew through the final approach course; causing the airspace infractions.

Narrative: I was working LGA final vector.
