Narrative:
Made a cross country flight and in came to land on runway 19. The conditions of flight were cavok; wind 260 at 6 KTS. I landed cross wind on 2 wheels and after I came back on the tail; the cross wind pushed the plane in a right heading. I tried to compensate on the rudder but probably too late. Ground loop occurred. The wind seemed gustier than announced in my opinion. I probably didn't push the stick enough into the wind and lost a part of my concentration. Nobody was injured.
Original NASA ASRS Text
