Narrative:

I have done RNAV approach as published to runway 28 in mtpp several times now and have reached the conclusion that the VNAV portion of the database for this approach is wrong. It has you coming in way too high on the approach and if you weren't in VMC conditions; this would cause huge issues. The FAA or someone in management needs to check this approach out as published. There is definitely something wrong with the VNAV programming for this approach. The course is fine; it just has you coming in way too high.
