Narrative:
After takeoff we received an ECAM that the autobrakes had failed. Upon further investigation we had also lost normal brakes on top of a deferred item BSCU1. Due to deteriorating weather conditions in [destination] and the multiple system failures we conferred with dispatch that in the event of any additional failures that the best course of action would be to declare an emergency and continue to [destination]. We landed without incident and canceled the emergency.
