Narrative:
In the past several yrs it seems there has been a deliberate watering down of the far part 77 regulations re: the construction of high obstructions in close proximity to busy aerodromes in various parts of the us as an example: study #88-aea-1215-oe 40 degrees 24' 12'/79 degrees 51' 21'. This proposed obstructions would be located inside a busy air traffic area of agc and while there are no IFR procedures close to the proposed obstruction, there is almost always heavy VFR traffic in the area where this communications tower would be constructed. At just under 2000' MSL the structure by 1000' above would place aircraft very close to incursion of the pit TCA. Pit flight standards district office has received many complaints about this proposed structure.
