Narrative:

5-10 KTS below V1 we got a hydraulic 3 low press caution message. We continued our take off. I called for positive rate gear up. When the first officer brought the gear handle up we got a warning message; nose door open; a few moments later we got another warning message; gear disagree; landing indication showed gear still down. We complied with QRH. Our gear came up and message cleared then we returned back to the departure airport and called maintenance. They brought it back to the hangar. There was a maintenance issue; they worked on it the night before.
