On approach; joining final and pilot flying called for flaps 5. Got te flaps disagree; put flaps back to one and reselected flaps 5. Got te flaps disagree again. Ran QRH for trailing edge flaps disagree; declared emergency with ATC and landed flaps 1. Trailing edge flaps would not extend.

Title: A B767 TE Flap Disagree occurred during approach when flaps are selected from one to fove. QRH procedures are complied with; an emergency declared and a trailing edge flaps up landing was made.
