Narrative:
We were using a new company procedure for radio use. We switched to a bad frequency and erased the old so we couldn't go back. It took 3 minutes to get a new frequency in a high density area. It resulted in a possible traffic conflict. The new company procedure is lousy.

Title: ACR MLG MISSED RADIO FREQ CAUSING TEMPORARY LOSS OF COM AND POTENTIAL AIRBORNE CONFLICT.
Narrative: WE WERE USING A NEW COMPANY PROC FOR RADIO USE. WE SWITCHED TO A BAD FREQ AND ERASED THE OLD SO WE COULDN'T GO BACK. IT TOOK 3 MINUTES TO GET A NEW FREQ IN A HIGH DENSITY AREA. IT RESULTED IN A POSSIBLE TFC CONFLICT. THE NEW COMPANY PROC IS LOUSY.
