Narrative:

While descending from FL350 to FL240 as requested by washington center; we received a RA from our TCAS system. The auto pilot was disengaged and the descent was stopped. We made visual contact with the other aircraft and we passed above and to the right of the conflicting aircraft. ATC never advised us of a conflict. After the event; we continued the flight with no other problematic events.
