Title: B767 crew experienced a right engine fuel filter EICAS message shortly after takeoff and returns to the departure airport.
Narrative: While retracting flaps on departure received a RT ENG FUEL FILT EICAS and Status message. Referenced QRH; ran appropriate checklists and returned to departure airport. The aircraft was already underweight for a normal landing.
