Narrative:
After takeoff several warnings occurred including gear disagree. The decision was made to return for an overweight landing; emergency was declared. It was determined that the aircraft and runway could safely accommodate the overweight landing. We were relieved that the landing gear came down and locked. A normal landing was made; taxied to gate; passengers and bags were transferred to another aircraft and flight continued.
Original NASA ASRS Text
